Yoga is for EVERY BODY regardless of current flexibility, balance, or strength. Yoga props exist as useful tools for both new and experienced students.
Whether it’s bolsters, blocks, straps, balls, or other props, yoga tools serve two purposes. First, they allow those newer to yoga to safely practice poses while their bodies build strength, balance, and flexibility. Ideally, those just beginning their practice can use props to support their bodies. Second, they allow veteran students to deepen their practice with a bit of assistance. Using props correctly can improve the effectiveness of the asanas throughout each class.
As Stephen King said: “It’s better to use the tools for the support they offer then become discouraged in a particular posture”. Yoga props can assist students in mastering postures demanding flexibility and balance as well as aiding students in deepening twists and building strength. This course is designed in such a way to understand the usage of different props especially yoga wall ropes to develop confidence and to enhance regular msg practice.

Lead Teacher
Marksim is a E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2003. For him yoga has been transformed from practice into his lifestyle and wanted to promote the same to his students. He has been to different schools of yoga and his style of teaching is a combination of all schools primarily influenced from Sivananda School. His passion for yoga has been constantly growing with Muscat Yoga Community which has given the intiation for Yoga Shaala.
Lead Teacher
Yogesh is a E-RYT 500 YA Teacher hailing from Tamil Nadu, India. Yogesh was first introduced to yoga by his school teacher when he was 9. His thirst for knowledge led him to enrol in the world-famous yoga school, the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. The Yoga Teacher’s Training equipped him with more than just a solid foundation in hatha yoga, pranayama, deep meditation techniques and yoga philosophy. This discovery became great motivation for him to share his yoga journey with others.
